It’s a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with a small percentage of Cabernet Franc. The grapes come from the land surrounding our company. The production of grapes per plant is low, less than 2 kg. It is a red wine with a deep ruby color and purple highlights, which tend to become less intense over the years. It brings forth the vibrant aromas of raspberries, vanilla, and rosemary. Its best quality is its elegance, which goes well with the intensity and aggressiveness that it brings to the palate.

The wines are vinified separately. The fermentation takes place in barrels of cement, and separately for each grape. The wines are kept in barrique for 18 months, and then united before resting in a stainless steel tank for no less than a month. The wine is then aged for three more months in bottle prior to labeling and shipping.
