GRAPE BREEDING SYSTEM: Spurred cordon. The production of grapes per plant is low (less than two kilograms) both due to the way new plants have been set up and to a precise production choice.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION: It is an intense ruby ​​red with purple reflections, which tend to fade over the years. The intense aroma is of leather, blackberry, coffee, vanilla and rosemary. It is a complex and austere, harmonious wine.

PAIRING: Roast red wine, game, pasta with meat sauce. You can taste it with mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 16-18 degrees.
