VINEYARDS EXPOSURE AND ALTITUDE: NORTHEAST 700- 730 meters above sea level
WINE MAKING AND AGING: The grapes are harvested by hand, in boxes, in the first half of October. The grapes are selected in the vineyard and then in the cellar. Soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature, aging in vinari ACC vessels. INOX with aging in bottle for at least two months.
