From the dark-eyed vineyards planted in 1935, evolves this smooth and fragrant wine. The fermentation of musts takes place with indigenous yeast and maceration is approximately 10 days. The 2 daily pressings are manual. The temperature is controlled during vinification.
PRODUCING COUNTRY: Situated in Tagliolo Monferrato, Bricchetto Region, the soil is calcareous- tufaceous and rich in marine fossils. Guyot pruning.The approximate age of the vineyard is 60 years.bType of grape is Dolcetto yielding 50q/ha
HARVEST: September. The harvest is manual using small crates.
WINE MAKING: in steel vats with a controlled temperature of 25 degrees C. Refined in steel then bottled.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: matured red fruit, sweet almonds, notes of violet and licorice
Flavour by Mouth: soft, harmonic, full bodied and fresh. Characterized by sweet tannins
