Descrizione
This pale yellow coloured wine has got a fresh fruity smell and well balanced flavour. It goes perfectly with fish dishes and shellfish.
Serving temperature 10-12°C.
GRAPES: GRILLO 100% IGT TERRE SICILIANE
WINEMAKING: Destemming, soft pressing and static sedimentation at controlled temperature. Maturation for about 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to highlight the characteristic characteristics of the grape. After bottling, further refinement in the bottle for about a month at controlled temperature.
ORIGIN: West Sicily
SHELF-LIFE: Wine to drink immediately or to store for up to two/three years.
