WINEMAKING
De-stemming, soft pressing and static sedimentation at controlled temperature. Maturation for about 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to bring out the notes characteristics of the vine. After bottling further refinement in the bottle for about one month at controlled temperature.

SHELF-LIFE Wine to drink immediately or to store for up to two/three years.
This pale yellow coloured wine has got a fresh fruity smell and well balanced flavour. It goes perfectly with fish dishes and shellfish.
Serving temperature 10-12°C.
