Training system: single-sided guyot
Soil: alluvial soils
Harvest: manual in 12/15 kg crates; basically starting from the middle
September
Vinification: in temperature-controlled steel tanks, fermentation on the skins for 10_x000D_
days, malolactic fermentation in steel
Color: pale ruby red
Aroma: raspberry, ripe tomato, wild strawberries, pink pepper
Taste: fresh fruity with velvety tannins and good persistence
