Then temperature is allowed to go up slowly until it reaches 28\u00b0C. Maceration time can vary. After being devatted, grapes are soft pressed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AGEING:<\/strong> In French oak barrels of capacity from 225 lt up to 3000 lt for about 14 months. After bottling, bottle ageing at controlled temperature for about six months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TASTING<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>VISUAL PROFILE:<\/strong>\u00a0Deep ruby red.<br \/>\n<strong>OLFACTORY PROFILE:<\/strong>\u00a0Wide, complex and fine. Opens with fruit notes of blueberries and blackberries, leaving space for earthy notes and ending with a light smoky note.<br \/>\n<strong>TASTE PROFILE:<\/strong>\u00a0It is an enveloping and round wine. Soft and silky, it stands out for its long persistence in the mouth.<br \/>\n<strong>RECOMMENDED WITH<\/strong><em>:\u00a0<\/em>Red meat dishes, matures cheese.
