Flat lands in the northern area of the province of Reggio Emilia.

GRAPE: Lambrusco – 12% -13% vol.

VINIFICATION: Red vinification with maceration of hand picked grapes. Secondary fermentation in autoclave with the Classic Charmat Process.

TASTE:
COLOUR: Sparkling ruby red with red evanescent froth.
AROMA: Intensely fruity, harmonious, refined, typical of Lambrusco.
TASTE: Sweet, harmonious, bold taste.
