VINIFICATION
FERMENTATION: Maceration on the skins for 30/45 days.
AGING: In large barrels for 12 months and in bottle for another 6 months.
HARVEST: Manual in mid-October.
TASTE NOTE: COLOR: Ruby red color.
BOUQUET: Berries, cherry and plum on the nose and enveloping toasted sensations.
TASTE: In the mouth it is broad, warm and balanced complexity.
PAIRING: Red and white meats, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
