This wine comes from a wonderful natural amphitheatre, from vineyards located at 500 meters above the sea level. Its main distinctive features are its elegance and finess, along with its fruity and smooth aromas.

GRAPE VARIETAL: 100% Aglianico

VINIFICATION: Grapes are selected in the vineyards, and in the winery. Maceration and fermentation of the must occur at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged with a process of microoxygenation, and then allowed to age in bottle for at least 2 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION: A deep garnet-red colored wine with complex aromas of red fruits and spices. On the palate, its taste results to be complete and intense. The delicate tannis complete this full-bodied wine.

GASTRONOMIC SUGGESTION: The wine can go with every course, but it goes especially well with roasted meats and game.
